About the Founder

Businesswoman Laura Segall is from São Paulo, but has adopted Brasília as her hometown since she arrived in the capital when she was 19. She works with exclusive and sophisticated fashion, focused on valuing Brazilian craftsmanship and sustainable production.

With a degree in International Relations from UnB (University of Brasília), she worked in the public service until she fell in love with the world of fashion 14 years ago. “When I was proposed to, I decided to make my own wedding dress. At that moment, I realized that needles, machines and lace belonged to my universe, they were part of my life” , she says.

Passionate about lace, Laura followed the route of this craft in Brazil and fell in love with the work of lacemakers from the Northeast. The pieces have a classic, European style, always with tailored cuts, and reflect the true nature of Brazil: the plurality of the country's culture. In her fashion, the art of handcrafting, with delicacy and elegance, is present in every detail.

Laura Segall also creates a brand that has in its DNA social responsibility for preserving lace-making, a craft that depends on talented hands and the cultural memory of each region.
