Laura Segall is a 100% Brazilian, authorial brand that values ​​handmade, especially lace and embroidery, considered the country's cultural heritage. The brand has a ready-to-wear line, with tailored pieces and other sophisticated models, in addition to a bespoke atelier for brides and parties.

Our products

At Laura Segall, all pieces are made with a careful selection of fabrics, trims, sewing and finishing to provide the best possible comfort. In its collections you will find fabrics made from natural fibers and with low environmental impact.

How We Work

The brand maintains a partnership with these women who fight for the preservation of manual crafts. There are seven associations of lacemakers and embroiderers, in five states in the Northeast of Brazil, responsible for creating clothing and accessories, exclusively for the Brasilia brand.

2016

The beginning

The brand was born from the passion for handmade lace weaves when the founder of the brand, Laura Segall, created her own wedding dress together with the skilled women northeastern. It was there, guided by dream of wearing a piece with Brazilian DNA, which Laura traced the project of taking the various types of lace and the delicacy of embroidery for other landscapes.

2017

Associations

Little by little, Laura connected with the poetry of work of groups and associations of lacemakers. The founder formed a network with artisans from five northeastern states. From In addition, there was a generational impulse of employment and income in more than 300 families.

Bespoke brides

First work begins from the Tailor-Made segment – ​​atelier high fashion – with the creation of exclusive pieces of dresses bride, mothers and bridesmaids.

2019

Lace Route

Founder Laura Segall set foot on the road, with the Rota das Rendas project. The objective was to get to know, connect and relate to all associations of lacemakers who work with the brand.

2020

Ready to Wear

Amid the Covid-19 pandemic, with commercial activities suspended, founder Laura Segall bet on creating the first ready-made pieces for dress. The brand invested in the Porter segment, producing numbered pieces.

2021

Capsule Collection

In October 2021, the first Capsule collection was launched, dividing the Atelier and Porter segments.

2022

Concept Store

In November 2022, the concept store opens, offering ready-to-wear pieces, with exclusive customer service. In the same month, Laura Segall inaugurates the brand's sensorial phase, with the “life style” product line - candles, moisturizers and perfumes, in addition to the “home” line, crockery and accessories to decorate the home, also in a sophisticated way.

Gift

Expansion

For 2023, the brand is in the process of expanding, with the arrival of a new company. The plan is to open a space in Asa Sul, Brasília, which will enable the Laura Segall brand to be experienced with new customers.
